Harnit Bancil

Harnit joined Truth Legal in August 2021 as Accounts Manager, bringing with her more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience.

As Accounts Manager, Harnit oversees the firm’s financial operations, including legal cashiering, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end procedures. She also supports the firm’s HR function and provides financial reporting and analysis to assist the directors with business planning and decision-making.

Harnit is responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the firm’s financial processes. Her role requires a meticulous approach to accuracy, organisation and regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to SRA Accounts Rules. Known for her practical, solutions-focused mindset, Harnit plays an important role in supporting both the day-to-day operation and long-term success of the firm.

With extensive experience across all aspects of finance and accounting, Harnit brings a calm and methodical approach to her work. She is committed to maintaining efficient systems and processes that allow the firm to operate effectively while continuing to deliver an excellent service to clients.

Outside of work, Harnit enjoys keeping fit, hiking, and attending comedy shows and live music events. She is also passionate about fundraising and regularly takes part in charity events, including the annual Cancer Research 10K.
