What’s Included? Speaking/online/virtual meeting with you, emails and letters, reviewing documentation and production of a short letter of advice where necessary about your situation and detailing funding options.
Location: We offer a phone or zoom meeting for all consultations. In person meetings are currently unavailable.
Time: Up to 2 hours.
Who will the consultation be with? You will speak to one of our employment team.
What do I need to provide? Please provide in advance the core relevant documentation / evidence you have for the consultation.
How to book a consultation

Yes.
Yes. You will receive an invoice from us.
If it turns out that we cannot act for you because, for example, we act for someone else involved in your case, then we cannot act for you and we will therefore return the monies to you.
Yes. You will become a client of our firm, just like any other client. We will need a copy of your driving licence or passport which you can send to us via email. We will perform a check of who you are.
Yes. We will send you our terms and conditions, known as a Client Care Letter. This explain what we are doing and what we are not doing for you.
Yes. We will provide a short, simple letter outlining what we discussed, setting out some options. This letter will take us 10 minutes to provide, which will come off the consultation time.
Yes. At the end of the two hours we will set out what future costs might be. We still offer No Win, No Fee agreements, fixed fees, affordable rates and we can often use your Legal Expenses Insurance at no, or little, cost to you.
Yes. You can use the 2 hour appointment as you like. If it is sensible that we read documents in advance of the meeting or during the meeting, then please send them to us before your meeting.
If it takes us 20 minutes to read the documents, then this will come off the two hours appointment time.
After the meeting we will provide a short letter which will take us around 10 minutes to produce. This 10 minutes will come off the 2 hour appointment time.
