Georgina Parkin

Georgina joined Truth Legal as a Trainee Solicitor in 2013 and quickly progressed through the firm, becoming a Director in 2016, Managing Director in 2019 and co-owner in 2021. Today, she leads the firm’s strategic direction and oversees its growth across Yorkshire.

With over 15 years’ experience in litigation, Georgina specialises in serious injury claims, with a particular interest in chronic pain disorders and complex, life-changing injuries. Having acted for both Claimants and Defendants during her career, she brings a broad perspective to complex litigation.

One of Georgina’s proudest achievements has been helping to grow Truth Legal from a small Yorkshire practice into a successful multi-disciplinary law firm. She is also an experienced speaker and lecturer, having trained doctors and consultants on medico-legal work and expert witness practice, as well as speaking at personal injury and medico-legal conferences. Georgina is a former President of the Harrogate and District Law Society.

Outside of work, Georgina is a mum of two young children. She has recently discovered a love of yoga, enjoys getting lost in a good book (with a goal of reading 65 this year), and loves live music.
