Helen Beaumont

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and has dedicated her career to helping people who have suffered serious injuries rebuild their lives.

She joined Truth Legal in May 2017 and leads the firm’s Personal Injury team in Harrogate. Prior to joining Truth Legal, Helen was a Partner at Nelson & Co and Milners, and also worked as a Specialist Personal Injury Solicitor at Minster Law.

With more than 30 years’ experience, Helen represents clients in all types of personal injury claims, from road traffic accidents and workplace injuries to accidents in public places. She has particular expertise in complex orthopaedic injuries, head injuries, chronic pain conditions and psychological injuries, and has also successfully represented clients in clinical negligence claims.

Helen is particularly passionate about helping clients who have suffered life-changing injuries. She understands that a successful claim is about much more than compensation alone; it is about securing the rehabilitation, treatment and support needed to help someone regain their independence and move forward with their life. Clients value her straightforward advice, compassionate approach and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome, even in the most challenging cases.

One of the aspects of her work Helen is most proud of is helping clients through what can often be a long and difficult recovery journey. Throughout her career, she has secured substantial settlements for seriously injured clients, enabling them to access the care, rehabilitation and financial security they need for the future.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking holidays whenever she gets the chance. She is also a keen gardener and can often be found out walking her border collie around the Yorkshire countryside
