Jennie Chau

Jennie is an experienced, skilled immigration consultant with who joined Truth Legal in May 2020. Jennie is known for her compassionate approach with clients which she combines with a comprehensive knowledge of immigration law and a determination to get the best results for her clients.

Jennie is a Hull University law graduate with over 6 years’ experience as an immigration specialist. Jennie regularly advises businesses (including start-ups, SMEs and religious organisations) on all aspects of immigration law including sponsor licence applications, sponsor licence compliance, audits, and the prevention of illegal working.

Jennie also assists individuals with family-based applications, including complex cases under Appendix FM and under the EU Settlement Scheme.

Jennie speaks fluent Cantonese and also speaks Mandarin. Jennie has strong links within the Hong Kong and Chinese community both within the UK and in Hong Kong and China.
